Is the marble used in your furniture 100% natural?
Yes. At CAMMY STONE, we exclusively use 100% genuine natural marble, travertine, and onyx sourced from premium quarries worldwide. We do not use “marble-effect” ceramics or printed synthetics.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo on the website?
Because marble is a product of nature, no two pieces are ever identical. Each slab features unique veining, color variations, and patterns. This is the hallmark of luxury stone. However, for custom projects, we provide Digital Slab Selection, allowing you to approve the exact piece of stone before fabrication.

Can I request a custom size or design?
Absolutely. Collaboration is at the heart of our service. We specialize in bespoke pieces tailored to your specific dimensions and aesthetic needs. Simply send us your sketches or CAD drawings, and our engineers will provide a technical solution and quote.
What is "Vein-matching," and do you offer it?
Vein-matching is the art of aligning the natural patterns of the marble across different panels (e.g., from a tabletop to a waterfall edge) for a seamless, continuous look. This is a standard premium service at CAMMY STONE for all high-end projects.
Maintenance & Durability
How do I maintain and clean my marble furniture?
We apply a professional-grade sealer to every piece before it leaves our facility to help resist stains. For daily care, we recommend using a soft cloth with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid acidic substances (like lemon juice or vinegar) and harsh chemicals.
Is marble furniture suitable for high-traffic commercial use?
Yes, provided it is treated correctly. For hospitality or commercial projects, we offer enhanced anti-stain treatments and honeycomb reinforcement technology to increase impact resistance while reducing overall weight.
Logistics & Safety
How do you prevent breakage during international shipping?
Reliability in delivery is our priority. We use export-grade, reinforced plywood crates with custom foam cushioning and internal bracing. Our packaging is designed to meet and exceed international “drop-test” standards.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event of transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will handle the insurance claim and prioritize a replacement or repair solution for you.

Can I order material samples before committing to a large project?
Yes. We provide Sample Boxes featuring our core collections (Carrara, Calacatta Viola, Travertine, etc.). While samples show the general color and texture, please remember that natural variations will occur in the final full-scale slab.
